Arrived very securely packaged. Lightweight with plexiglass. Came with hanging wire and hardware. Very pleased.I got this to put a legacy poster in that I had made for my Grandparents 60th wedding anniversary, it worked perfect. The color of the wood even matched the poster amazingly. We did have an issue with dust and hair though, that we kept noticing even though we laid it on a clean towel to put the poster in it, so we had to take it apart several times to wipe it before finally getting it good enough to gift, but I'm not certain whether the hair and dust was attracted to the plastic or the poster. I definitely appreciate that it was actual wood, because that's what I wanted, but it didn't seem that thick and the width wasn't very wide so it seemed a little fragile for the cost.PerfectThis is a beautiful frame for a great price. I needed a drill in addition to the tools listed. Too hard for a screwdriver.Fit the puzzle I wanted it forArrived sooner than expected, with no damage. Good instructions, easy to open and add artwork. Great price for 24x36” frame that looks nice (not as good as a custom frame, but still serviceable).My husband did say they were difficult to put together but they look greatFrame is excellent quality. I would prefer a different kind of hanging system, other than the wire, but it is doable.
