I order these frames on a regular basis to showcase home sketches for client gifts. The quality is great and customer service has always been super responsive the few times there has been an issue. It’s been a great company to work with!I was happily surprised how well packed the product came. The product is a well-made wooden frame. The plexiglass is well protected and of a good quality (as far as plexiglass goes...no scratches). Best of all, it came with instructions and all the components you would need to hang on the wall (including the nail!)
