I ordered three identical panes of 8x12 TruVue Museum Glass and of the three that arrived: One piece was miscut by over 1/16 in. on two edges (causing it to not fit into an existing frame) and one piece had reflective streaks within the UV coating. Only one of the three pieces had no issues.
