Here’s the situation: we’re moving across the country and have literally 100+ frames to move - big frames, small frames, antique frames, new frames. I was really struggling with how we were going to do this safely, until I found these cardboard corners. I read product descriptions and reviews for the myriad vendors who sell them on Amazon, and ultimately chose these because of their RECENT reviews, quantity, and it seemed like the smallest size definitely fit .5” frames.Yes, you have to fold each individual corner, but the perforations really make this as easy as possible without compromising the sturdiness of the corner. The hardest part is getting the tab in the slot, due to its shape; that said, I’m okay with it because it means that once the tab is in, it won’t pop out without a good deal of force.After trying out my first 100, I bought another 100 the very next day. Just sit down on the couch, put the TV on, get to work, and you’ll be done in no time. If these came pre-assembled like some are griping about, then they wouldn’t be as affordable. Bottom line: the quality and price of these corners make the effort to assemble them worth it.I'm getting ready for a move and bought these corner protectors for my glass top tables and art. They arrive as a cardboard sheet folded up like an accordion. The cardboard is perforated and easily tears apart. At that point you fold the cardboard into the 3D corner protector you see in the picture. The fold lines are in the cardboard so you really can't make a mistake assembling these. I really like how there are 3 slots available so you can choose the size of the corner somewhat.I didn't give this 5 starts for 2 reasons:1) They don't always stay together like they are supposed to so I ended up putting a piece of tape on each one to ensure they did not come undone.2) One side has a triangle piece which folds down into the corner protector (I found it helps keep the corner on the item by tension). The other side has the same size triangle piece which can fold down into the corner protector; however, it is perforated to be removed and 1/2 the time it snaps off and 1/2 the time it stays on. I personally prefer this one to be on as having the two triangle pieces folded down into the corner protector really helps the protector fit on snug.Both those items are minor and would not deter me from purchasing these again in the future. They are absolutely wonderful to have and a must have for any move.Easy to use and sturdy! Wish I would have found these years ago!Used them all, helped me to pack the pictures without damage.These saved me so much work! I was going to make my own corners from cardboard, but after the stark realization that I would have to make dozens of them, I came to my senses. Found a video online and that made it easy to put them together. They are adjustable when you fold them, so can accommodate all types of frames. These are really excellent and you can re-use them.I just moved a whole house worth of art across country via storage pods and used these on all of our frames and a few of our flat panel TVs (combined with cardboard to protect the glass and shrink wrap to hold them in place). They worked perfectly on a wide variety of frames of various thickness and edge profiles. The movers who came to help us unload at our new house were impressed with our wrapping job and commended us on using these to protect our corners.They work very well. A bit of a pain having to break them apart, but I like that the folding allows you to make the proper size for any frame. I used them all. After putting the corners on each frame, I covered the pic with bubble wrap. We used the entire box, and after a 10 hour ride to our new home - all arrived perfect. We have one more run to make and will remove some of those corners and take them home. Do not need another full box, but glad they are reusable for the balance of the pics we have. Recommend highly!I was looking for protective corners to ship wooden signs in and these are even better than what I was expecting. There are 3 different sizes you can fold the corner into which makes it easy when you have thinner & thicker items. They slide right onto the corner of the object and don't slide around or damage when removing them. Will definitely be ordering again from this company once I run out.
