Inexpensive set of four black frames. I was looking for a simple set of frames to hang some watercolor art and found these on Amazon. For the price I thought it was worth a shot. Overall they work and look nice once hung on the wall. I had to install my own hardware with cable because I didn't trust the provided hardware 100%, I didn't want them to sag over time.The frames are not 100% wood but compressed fiber or MDF type material so if you were thinking natural wood keep looking. You can't tell unless you flip them over, so it shouldn't matter. They are more fragile than solid wood, so if you drop one it will dent or chip. The frames are also very thin per the product description, less than an inch wide.I bought 3 of these for 3 original watercolors. I am adding mats and UV plate glass to replace the plexiglass that came in them. This is being done at a considerable savings over what it would cost otherwise. Thank you for offering a quality product at a reasonable price. Plastic frames priced elsewhere were nearly this much, and this is a quality wooden frame, far superior.Great frame for my Mustang 50th Birthday poster! Well made and much easier to use than the poster frame I got for another poster I received. This works like a picture frame in that the pictures, posters, etc., are mounted from the back, unlike a poster frame that uses the bordering frame pieces to sandwich the poster with between the front and back...and almost always have nicked corners to be dealt with. The border of the frame is narrow, so the picture/poster is the star. They are a bit more expensive than a "traditional" poster frame, but well worth it!Product was as described - unfortunately the Plexiglass already had a small scratch ( -although it was covered with protective foil on both sides). As we have no time to exchange it, we kept it.Great poster frame. Fits perfectly as described. Lightweight and easy to install. Only complaint is that the material on the face of it is a bit reflective, but I think that's expected for poster frames in the price range. I plan to buy more for other posters I have. Highly recommend!I liked the fact that the plastic part of the frame was covered front and back with a film so there was no possibility of scratching, etc. I also like that it is a wooden frame but very very lightweight and a hook was included for hanging the frame.The frame is as advertised. Decent looking, well made and it works fine. I would like it better if it had real glass.This frame works well for poster framing. It's not sturdy by any means, but is very lightweight and really looks good! It has a bevel along the inside edge that gives it a nice, finished appearance. Not recommended for a masterpiece, but I'm definitely happy with the look.
