This glass seemed to completely disappear when we put it in, and it truly seems to make pictures richer. I almost deducted a star though because:- I had no idea to look for text on the edge of the glass that indicates which way the UV coating should face. Found it when looking online to solve a different issue. Could that be part of the problem for those who didn’t experience the UV protection?- I can’t believe how hard this is to clean, and it doesn’t arrive pristine. I tried a natural vinegar-based glass cleaner with a microfiber cloth and still couldn’t get it pristine. Oh, and I had to look up cleaning instructions because it didn’t arrive with any. On their website they just say to use an ammonia-free cleaner with a microfiber cloth and cotton gloves. Which reminds me…- You ABSOLUTELY need cotton gloves. You won’t believe how easily this glass picks up marks from contact.- Mine arrived with what seem to be a few small/minor scuffs. Honestly though, we absolutely can’t see any of them once installed no matter how we look. Because like I said, this glass really did seem to disappear when installed.- We’ve purchased 4 pieces of 8x10 and all 4 fit in the frames. Just addressing an issue we saw in other reviews. We didn’t require an exact cut though for our frames, so maybe there was a little more tolerance in our setup?I will still continue to use it because I can’t get over the final product, but there is definitely a learning curve!
