I don’t know if it’s because I have 10 foot ceilings, but after assembling this bed it just seems itty-bitty in the bedroom. It is comfortable when I sit on the edge of the bed. I am 5‘4“ and I can sit with my feet flat on the floor comfortably. I like the color, just wish the headboard was a bit taller.We reupholstered the frame for a different fabric and that was pretty easy. Assembly was pretty difficult but everything in total (including the upholstery) took about 4 hours. Pretty sturdy.i love this bed frame!!! my only thing is, the screws look about the same size whenever you go to put it together so you really have to pay attention to which ones are which, but other then that, it took about an hour & a half to put together with 2 people. i will say, if you want a low to the ground bed frame, def buy this one.So the bed overall seems to be sturdy enough. It did take about an hour to put together. We’ve used it a few days abd at this point my only qualm is that the bed we received is similar, but it is not the one pictured. The “arms” that come off of the headboard are not curved and do not have the pockets. Not worth the cost of sending back.While the bed is cute and easy to put together the picture is very deceiving. It’s way smaller than the picture makes it seem. My standard queen mattress hangs over the side of the frame and the tops of our standard pillows are taller than the headboard. Cute, but very very tiny.Everything was good until I tried to screw in the headboard. The screws are too short, and yes, I did follow instructions to use the correct ones.Took at 2 hours to assemble by myself. Instructions are pretty good. Would definitely be easier with 2 people. Exactly what I was looking for. Very happy with the product!First of all upon delivery this bed was not what was on the picture. I purchased this bed in March, and is now in the trash 4 months later. Parts do not fit like they should’ve and every morning my daughter woke up to parts falling off of her bed. One part didn’t fit at all. I would not recommend this for anything. Poor quality definitely not as expected. I knew I should’ve sent it back after I noticed it wasn’t the right bed.
