My poster was 18x22", not a standard size. A custom frame would be expensive; matting it to fit a standard frame even more so. This economical and attractive option would fit 18" by any length.I'm happy with the result, but it wasn't quite as easy as it looked in the video. Unless you're exceptionally lucky or remarkably talented, the poster won't line up perfectly with the front and back wood strips on the first, second, or third try. The magnets align the strips, but the poster tends to slide off-center in some random direction. The magnets are so strong, you can't adjust the position of the poster when they're clamped together—you'll have to unclamp them and start over.My solution: I laid the poster face-down on the front strip, aligned it carefully, and used two small pieces of transparent tape to hold it in place. Then I added the back strip—the magnets aligned it with the front. Then, with a very sharp hobby knife, I trimmed the tape flush with the wood so it's not visible.This required much less tape than other methods, and only on the back of the poster.
