For such a large sized frame this is a great value. The molding is plastic and double v-nailed in the corners. The plastic "glass" is very clear once the protective coating is removed. The only down side is that is is somewhat flimsy. But once hanging, this should not be an issue. Great option to hang your vintage poster. Also, the frame was packaged very well and had no damage upon arrival.
